Labour hire providers had until Friday 15 June to apply for a licence, under the Queensland’s Government’s new labour hire laws.  If operators missed this deadline, they must cease operation until a licence has been granted.

The Queensland Government’s new labour hire scheme is off to a flying start, with more than 1,300 applications received in its first month of operation.

With Queensland’s pioneering mandatory labour hire licensing laws starting this week, Industrial Relations Minister Grace Grace has today launched the Labour Hire Licensing Scheme.
